How do I get support?

Our support hours are Monday-Friday 9am - 5pm Central time, and is handled by real humans! All sites receive support via email, and the Ultimate package also includes phone support. Log in to get the Ultimate support phone number, and if you forgot your password there is a "Forgot your password?" link on the Log In page.


Can I use a domain name I already own?

Absolutely. Just sign up for a Standard or Ultimate website, and we will connect your existing domain name to your new site for you.


How long are your contracts?

There's no contract – our service is billed month-to-month. And you can upgrade/downgrade/cancel anytime you want, no questions asked.


I'm not very good with computers - is this really easy to use?

Here's a simple test – if you can use Microsoft Word, then you can easily build and maintain your own website with our software.


How do I cancel my service?

You can easily cancel your service anytime you want, all by yourself. Just click "My Account" in your Website Control Panel.


How do I upgrade or downgrade my website plan?

You can upgrade or downgrade your website anytime you want, all by yourself. Just click "My Account" in your Website Control Panel.


How does my professional email address work?

Your professional email address (you@yourname.com) will automatically forward all incoming mail to your current email address. So you can give your clients the professional email address – and also put it on your business cards – without having to set up and maintain a whole separate email account.


Will you guys build my site for me?

Our software makes it easy for you to build and maintain your own site. And we're always here to help if you get stuck – just shoot us an email.
